For years I was cropping myself in my pictures. Only showing my "better" half. Anything above my waist I felt was good proportion and acceptable to be seen. But what do I have now? A bunch of cropped photos that don't show the whole picture of me. And I REGRET all the cropping I did to my photos. Basically every single picture between 2005-2008 are cropped short.
During the time of cropping I was in denial about our fertility problems. I assumed that if I just got pregnant that everything would work out just fine. I would lose the baby weight from breastfeeding and then I would be skinny. And that was what I wanted. To be skinny like all the other girls around me. I was jumping from diet program to diet program just to try and lose weight as fast as I could. And often times, I lost weight, only to gain it back, plus some. I had a secret stash of candy in my house. I cheated on the diets all the time. I had a serious addiction to eating doughnuts and over ate way too often. So my solution was to crop out the "fat part of me" and leave my smile.
Speaking of the smile. On the outside, yeah, I seemed happy, but on the inside I hated how I looked. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror without cringing. Far from what I wanted feel, sexy and attractive. I didn't even like to have my husband see me naked. Which didn't help with the trying to have a baby part of it.
Fast forward to now where I weight more than I did (don't even really know how much I weighed at the time because anytime I stepped on the scale I would hate myself and feel depressed for days. Which also meant more binge eating) Plus now, I have had 3 babies. But...what's different? I am actively working on my fitness and health. I eat better. I actually love how I look now because I see my strength. I feel strong. I feel powerful. I feel sexy and attractive. But am also being realistic with myself. I also know that there are areas that I want leaner. I want to be at a healthy body fat % not a weight or an idea of how "skinny" I have to be. And just because I have a ways to go in my weight loss journey I don't beat myself up over my weight or how I look anymore. I still enjoy desserts, or candy, but no where near the amount I used to eat. I have learned portion control. I have learned to eat in moderation. And I EAT TONS OF VEGGIES FOR FUN! I haven't magically lost the baby weight I gained while I was pregnant through breastfeeding any of my children. It is taking hard work, discipline and dedication to what I want to stay on track. All it took, was a mindset change. When I finally realized that I am beautiful both inside and out and the more I work on my inside to see the beauty I have the more I love myself on the outside. It's time to STOP THE CROP and love yourself as you are right now. Join me and post your favorite full length picture of you now over on Instagram and use the hashtags: #stopthecrop #CTDG

Working Out Is Your New Personal Therapy Session
The #1 thing I hear from people, moms especially, is "I don't know how you do it [find time to workout] with kids at home." That's the thing; I don't really have time to workout at home. I don't. I'm busy just like anyone else. I just took Collin upstairs for time out because he didn't like hearing me say no to something so he decided to be vindictive and get back at me by taking a plastic knife to my piano. (that S&*t don't fly in my house!)
I am a busy mom with crazy kids at home, but if I don't workout, I AM THE ONE THAT WILL GO CRAZY! I have learned how to make my workouts sessions like my daily therapy session to stay sane. No joke you guys. When I was going to a therapist for my miscarriage, I made it a point to exercise and felt so much better mentally than the days that I didn't exercise.
How do you make your workout into a personal therapy session?
1) Set aside some time for you. MAKE TIME in your life for you. If that means 30 minute nap time. Quiet time. Time out. Whatever you call it. Do it. My kids are in their quiet time spaces when I do mine. They are in a safe location so that I can turn my brain off for them and focus on what I am doing.
2) Focus on the workout and what the trainer is saying. Most trainers are motivating. They will say something that will just hit you right in the heart. Use that phrase as your drive to help you get through the next 30 minutes or however long you have left. The other day it was: YOU HAVE SO MUCH MORE IN YOU! He was so flipping right! I DID! The workout was getting harder, and I was getting tired. So I started to just go through the motions, but motions aren't going to get me results! So I pushed and finished strong you guys!
3) Allow yourself to think about you and how you are feeling during the workout. Sounds weird but it is true. Don't be making your grocery list as you are doing pushups. Don't be thinking about what you have to do after the workout is done, think about you in that moment. How you are feeling. How your body feels. How far you have come. What you will feel like when you reach your goals. We start going through the motions or quite when we stop focusing on what we want.
4) Take pride in what you just accomplished at the end of the workout. Give yourself a mental high five for rocking your workout. Think about you struggles you overcame or a move that was hard but you tried it anyways, and were able to do 1, 3, or 5 of them. You are amazing and strong.
5) BE CONSISTENT! Don't just do this one day a week, be consistent and do this MOST DAYS, and especially the days that you feel run down or down on yourself. ( I want to say weaker mentally, just having a harder time coping with things going on around you, but I don't know if that is the right term but it kind of is) The more that you exercise, the more consistent you get with it the more it will help you. The more that you will want it for this reason. Our bodies and mind need exercise you guys. There is a reason why our body is flooded with endorphins after we exercise. We need it!
So...who is getting in their personal therapy session today? What are you going to do?

Lose Weight Or Stay Overweight? Choose Your Hard
I have been thinking about this for awhile. losing weight freaking sucks and is hard. There are times where I wish my body would just release the weight. But...it comes down to what do you really want. And honestly, I haven't been as diligent with my eating as I should be. This is why I have a coach. And I have groups to help keep me accountable.
Losing weight is hard. And being overweight is hard and hurts and sucks. But I can either stick to what I know I should do or just settle for where I am at or the good chance that I gain weight and keep getting bigger. Which is not an option for me.
Recently, I have told a couple people that next month I am getting my personal training certificate. I keep thinking, how can they take me seriously when I look the way I do? Would I want to work with a trainer who was so far from their goals? I start to second guess myself and what the crap I am doing wrong, and get into that nasty downward cycle. Just before I started writing this, I had been mentally putting off my workout. Even as excited as I am to do a new program, I'm tired. It would be so nice to just skip it and rest. But it comes down to what do I really want?
Do I want to continue the way I am or do I need to stop making excuses and stick with my plans.
Guess what? As much as I was mentally putting off my workout I freaking did it. And once I felt myself start to go through the motions @chrisdowningfitness said "there's so much more in you". This was when there was about 5 minutes left and it freaking out a fire in me. I pushed harder. I fell on my butt in the crab crawls again but I didn't stop. I finished strong. And yes, I had 3 little mini cookies today but I am still on my way to reaching my goals because I refuse to give up. #i just have to work harder on being more diligent with my nutrition.
How are you doing and what have you been feel lately about your journey?

3 Reasons Why You're Not Reaching Your Goals
Feeling stuck in your goals right now? It's normal to hit a point where motivation lacks, or your progress doesn't happen. But finding the way to move past those plateaus, both physical and mental, are important to be able tor reach your goals. Check out the following reason why you might not reach your goals and what you can do to overcome them.
1) Don't believe that you can actually hit your goals. This is a big one you guys. How can you believe in something that you have never been able to accomplish before? Sure, you can look through magazines all you want and admire the trim slender bodies of the models and "wish" that you could look like that, and make your goals to be like them, but what if you ultimately, and deep down believe that you will never be able to look like that? Why are you thinking that? Because of Fear. It is a fear of change. A fear of the unknown. A fear of the what if. It is totally changing what you are doing and how you have been doing it to reach something that seems so far away and unobtainable. But it is obtainable. And you have every right to reach your goals. AS LONG AS YOUR GOALS ARE REALISTIC. For me, I know I will never be 125 pounds and a size 00. It just won't happen. For me. My goals is to be as healthy as possible at 24% body fat. I have no idea what weight that will be for my body but what it is about is a healthy body fat. I'm currently at 39% so it is a big change, and if I am at 185 pounds or even 205 pounds at 24% body fat then that is what I will be. I am aiming to be the best version of myself with a healthy lifestyle.
2) Take Daily Action. How can you expect to reach your goals if you aren't exercising at least 5-6 days a week. Or if you aren't following your nutrition plan and allow yourself little treats every now and then, not daily. YOU CAN'T. Often times we get upset or stop programs because they aren't working and we aren't losing the weight we expected, but...did you honestly follow the program exactly?
You all know I use the 21 Day Fix Portion Fix system with those cute little color coded containers. Well, when I first started with it and saw how much food I had to eat, I thought "THERE IS NO WAY I WILL LOSE WEIGHT EATING THIS MUCH FOOD!" But it isn't about the food amount, it is about what we are putting in our bodies. Most people when they see how much they eat jump brackets to the next lower bracket down because they don't want to or can't eat that much food. Because in the past the thinking was "to lose weight you have to eat less." But in the past, they weren't eating the right kinds of foods that their body needs or wants. When you are putting the right foods in your body, the right amounts, your body will start to work right. And it can take a few weeks for it work right too. Don't give up after 1 week if you gain a little weight. Your body is adjusting, and flushing out the built up crap. If you follow your program and nutrition you will see results of some kind either with weight or inches within 3 weeks. But you have to take daily action of eating right, and exercising or moving your body DAILY!
3) Remember Your Why. When you feel like stopping you have have to remember why the heck you started in the first place. Because that reason why you started in the first place...WAS SO IMPORTANT that you decided you needed to make a change. It matters to you. Write down your why. Post it somewhere you can refer back to it often. Where you even see it daily. Because it is important. It matters. And think about that why daily to help drive you to keep going. And above all. DON'T GIVE UP! KEEP GOING! If you do stop, just know that you will try again. Because that is who you are. A fighter! Keep on fighting for what you want because it is worth it to reach it! And one day you will be able to look back and and be so proud of what you accomplished!

Stuck Trying To Lose Weight?
I have lost track with how many times I have "tried to lose weight" and failed at it miserably. But I never really did fail did I? That F word, fail, is the wrong word to describe your weight loss journey or fitness journey. Think of it more as a stumble because with all the times that you stumbled...you came back and are trying again. Never giving up. Never stopping. But keep going. Trying again, against the odds that you have stacked up against yourself. Why? Because you know deep down that you are worth it to keep trying. That the results you want to achieve are worth it and deep down you freaking know you can do it!
Guess what? I have known all along that you can do it. Because I believe that anyone can accomplish anything that they work so hard to achieve.
So today...what are you going to decide? Ask yourself what is really important and then have the courage to build your life, change your life, around the answer. Are you going to bust your ass in your workout. Be sweating at the end? Sore? tired? Are you going to say no to eating sandwiches? And choose to eat healthy lean chicken breast with a side of quinoa or brown rice, an extra large salad WITHOUT dressing (just use a balsamic vinegar and oil, or red wine vinegar with a little oil is good too!) And getting in your fruits too. Saying no to sweets at your office or kids snacks at your home. It is time to just decide that today, you are ready for a new start and you are going to do it! SO DO IT!
Tough love brought to you by me, but this post right here, is what I NEEDED to hear.

Fitness Goals Require Patience
For years I would look for the latest fad diet to get me quick results. Diets that promised me, in just 2 weeks you will lose X amount of weight. The fat will just melt off. Eat 500 calories and you will lose X amount of weight. Exercise for X amount of hours and you will lose weight.
And I still hear it today from friends and customers. "I wasn't seeing any change..." or "I gained weight, this isn't working!" and before they have a chance for their body to change, they stop. DON'T STOP! You have to give your body time to realize what the crap you are doing to help it. It takes time for your body to detox, and get the crap out of your system. If you are exercising you are strengthening your muscles and they will start to grow before they start to lean out. It takes time. BE PATIENT!

How You Really Lose Weight
Shared this message in my EXCLUSIVE GROUP! How many of you think of exercise as the ONLY WAY to lose weight? To change your lifestyle you must first chance how you think of food and exercise! So many people believe that they must exercise to lose weight but that really isn't true. Exercise is GREAT and we do need it. But to truly lose weight, you MUST change what you are eating!
Food is the way to lose weight. Not exercise. Exercise is to help define, lean and strengthen your body.
Yes, exercise allows you to burn calories and we know that you must burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. But most of us don't count calories every single day. Or live a calorie in calorie out lifestyle. You have to REALIZE that you can not OUT-EXERCISE A BAD DIET! If you learn to eat the right kinds of foods, the right portion of foods then you will lose weight.
Exercise is what allows you to be stronger, defined and lean and really shows off the work of what you have been eating! And it is important.
Too often I hear people kicking butt in their workouts. Getting them in daily and that they want to change. But they don't make the changes necessary to what they are eating to make a big difference. Yes they lose a little weight and some inches but to get the results you really want...start with what you are eating!
I did that for years! Even with my personal trainer. He kicked my butt in the gym, and I worked so hard. I only lost inches but didn't lose any weight. And it was so frustrating. But I honestly didn't change what I was eating enough to make a difference. When I finally did change what I ate, tracked it and kept a food log, the weight literally fell off of me! If you want to lose weight start with what you are eating! Every time!
Need help with where to start??? Send me an EMAIL. Let's chat about your goals and get you started! I would love to help you achieve your goals!

You Always Have 2 Choices
This month my goal was to say NO to excuses, guilt, junk food, soda, regrets, giving up and quitting, to being the best person that we can be. One thing that I find I still do sometimes is compare myself to others. Why can't I be that lean? Why can't I be as successful as so and so? Why can't I have her confidence?
I am working so hard to drop these negative mental thoughts because they are nothing but self destructive. Remember when I said a couple of weeks ago, "It can't be that easy." well that was another negative thought. It comes down to 2 things. Either you do it, or your don't. Either you eat better because you want to be healthy or you don't. Either you exercise to feel better or you don't. There is not grey area. When we make grey areas we are just setting ourself up for settling with the same old stuff you have been doing and not reaching our maximum potential, that brought you to this point and you guys, I want you to reach your max potential. I want to reach my potential. It just comes from deciding, committing and doing, succeeding. So be a flower. Stop comparing, or letting negative thoughts rule your life. Just do and bloom!

Making Health And Fitness Imporant
I talk with women everyday who want to make changes but they aren't sure how to fit exercise and planning healthy meals into their daily life. The one question I ask them is "how important is it to you to reach your goals?" When you want something bad enough you will do everything in your power to do it. Start by planning your exercise in your calendar, daily, and with an alarm. Think of it as a doctor appointment that you can't miss. Your health really is that important and before you know it, it will become a priority in your life and you won't want to miss how you feel after. The energy you get. The relaxed feeling. The accomplishment you will feel at the end of your workout. It is worth it to put you first! Exercise is the one way I can control my hormone imbalance that I suffer with PCOS!
To make your health and fitness important you have to make sure you sit down and set some goals. What do you want to accomplish? How much weight do you want to lose? What dress size do you want to be? What body fat % do you want? Decide what you want to accomplish and think of your goals each and every morning to remind yourself what you are really working towards! You are worth it to fight for what you want!

Diet vs Lifestyle Change
For years I dieted. I have been on almost every diet out there because they all claimed to work. And most of them actually do work. If you follow their plans to a T! But one thing I never ever learned how to do was, what happens after the diet? How do I survive. And every single time after a diet, I ended up going right back to doing what I was before the diet, gaining weight and feeling horrible because I couldn't stick with the diet.
ENTER LIFESTYLE CHANGE! What does that mean? Seriously we have all heard it. And who really wants to know the secret to actually obtaining a lifestyle change and not just another "diet"?
Lifestyle changes are hard. Giving up things and learning to live without them is one of the hardest things that anyone can do. A lifestyle change with health and fitness can almost be easier in a way though. You have to start out slow though. Here are my 5 tips to help you stay on track with your lifestyle change and ditch the diet train FOR GOOD!
ONE-
Find an exercise program that YOU LOVE! This is key! If you have something that you look forward to and want to do, you are more than likely to do it. If you hate doing lunges and squats. DON'T DO A WORKOUT THAT DOES ONLY THAT! If you LOVE DANCING, then DANCE, (Country Heat Busy Moms Dance Party begins Sept 1, if you want an fun and amazing way to exercise CHECK THIS OUT!) But sit down and figure out what you really enjoy doing and do it. Or for me, I really like a specific trainer. I have really enjoyed Autumn Calabrese's workouts. I love the realness she displays and the motivation she gives and that right there, makes me want to get all her workouts! So find what you love and GRAB ON TO IT!
TWO-
STOP restricting foods. To be successful in eating you have to actually eat. And be allowed to eat the foods you want to eat otherwise you are going to cheat and get way off point with your nutrition. Diets suck because most of them tell you to cut calories, or cut a food group. HOW IS THAT GOING TO BENEFIT YOU IN THE REAL WORLD? It doesn't. It just teaches you that to lose 5 pounds you have to cut carbs for 5 days. But that isn't real. And our bodies need carbs and healthy fats, and veggies and fruits and dang it our MINDS need sugar! A true lifestyle change is learning to eat the right foods and balancing it with the occasional treats so that you stay on plan and not get off track because you binge eat.
THREE-
Exercising every day isn't real life. And it is ok! There are times that I follow my workout plans to the T and I lose weight. But every few months I have to back off a little and let my body and mind get a little rest. Really, if you can aim for 5 days a week (every day that your kids have school) to workout you are doing better than most of the people in America! Most workout programs are 6 days a week but if you can aim for 5 days a week you are doing pretty dang good and you are still going to get results. If you want to get TRUE amazing results, every other month do a workout program FULL OUT! NO EXCUSES! 21 Day fix, just 3 weeks of 7 days a week is totally doable rather than 90 days of 7 days a week. (this is why 21 Day Fix is so popular!) Don't set your goals too high and be realistic with them!
FOUR-
Don't be too hard on yourself if it doesn't go as planned. It is never to late to try again and again and again! It takes time to get things to work and each time you try and stumble you learn something new about yourself. I guarantee it! So if you are trying something new and it doesn't work, try something else. The main thing is to have a support system in place to help you stay on track and not lose faith or hope.
FIVE-
Remember this is a journey. Keep track of it. Document it for yourself to see where you started from and what you went through and the end/what you are accomplishing. Plus looking back at your starting point really helps to inspire you to KEEP GOING! Make sure you take those dreaded "before, during and after" pictures. I know they suck and you don't want anyone else to see them, but at the end of the journey or at some point in your journey you might change your mind. And to see the results is AMAZING!

Make Yourself A Priority
How many of you take 30 minutes to yourself each day? How many of you make yourself a priority before your husbands, partners, or your kids? If you aren't you need to find time in your day where you can just take care of you! WE ALL NEED TO TAKE SOME TIME. I hear it so much, I don't have time, there is no where in my day for just 30 minutes. And it isn't just about getting a workout in, I mean, just alone time to decompress from the day and things going on around you.
The reason why I dedicate 30 minutes of my day to exercise is because it has become my therapy. It not only helps me feel energized and ready to tackle the day, but it allows me to be able to cope with the daily stress of life. When I don't exercise I feel like I am going to crack under the constant pressure of my kids yelling at me, or having to play referee plus trying to keep my house cleaned and up to snuff.
If you find that you are easily overwhelmed, or feel like the day is just closing in on you. Or you just need an extra boost, MAKE TIME EACH DAY! We all have it. Somewhere. You just have to make you a priority.
What are you going to do today to make yourself a priority?

Cut The Negativity From Your Life
NEVER LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE DULL YOUR SPARKLE! And it really is ANYTHING! Read something positive for 10 minutes every single day of your life to help you battle against this negative prone world we live in. It can be your shield to protect you from outside influences that might make you upset or frustrated. I highly recommend reading a positive and uplifting book. Check out You Are A Badass.
There are times that even our own internal thoughts can be negative too! How many times have you tried to do something but your mind said "Nope, you can't do that. You aren't good enough." Even today I had to talk myself up, telling myself that I was worth what I do. I am of worth and that I matter. If you need a good book to help you cut the negativity from your brain, check out: Mastering Your Mean Girl. I just ordered it and I can't wait to read it!
Taking it a step further. There is so much negativity going on around us each and every day. Look at your Facebook feed. Yes there can be a lot of positive stuff but there is also a ton of negativity stuff sprinkled in there too. I honestly try to avoid anything that is negative. Politics (can't stand all the stuff so I don't comment, read or pay attention to it at all!) Negative vents from people, negative or bad images like super unrealistic images of unobtainable weight loss goals. You name it, if it makes me feel like crap, really try hard to avoid it.
If you have someone in your friend list that is always posting negative things, you can block from seeing their stuff on your main feed. Just click on the upper right corner with the dropdown arrow and click UNFOLLOW... You will still remain friends but their stuff won't appear on your main feed! EASY PEASY! Don't dull your sparkle with all the negativity around you! You are better than that!
Remember that you are worth so much more than you know and not to let the negativity of things all around you impact your own self worth or actions. Be that light for others that need it in their lives. Shine as brightly as you can. There are going to be days, where you just have those negative feelings, and that is totally normal. But just remember, you are worth it. You are worth ALL OF IT! SPARKLE!

What If?
EXCUSES! They are the WORST aren't they? They are the one thing that will make you stop what you know you should be doing. The worst one of all...WHAT IF I FAIL! You very well might fail but, you still tried and that is what counts. You more than likely learned something new about yourself too. And the next time you try you won't fail. Dyson "failed" 99 times and it wasn't until his 100th time that they finally figured it out. (I wouldn't have my awesome vacuum without all those "fails")
Let's get off the F word and just call them struggles. Every time you struggled in the past I am sure you learned something new about yourself. And that is why this is a journey. When you go on a journey you are bound to get a little lost, or turned around. You might even have to back track a little to get back on your journey. AND THAT IS OK! The fact is that you never give up, keep going, keep trying.
I'm here for you when you need me. I want you to succeed! I want you to reach your goals. I want you to love yourself! YOU ARE WORTH IT! Stop saying the F word. Stop making excuses and just do it. 30 minutes! Can you find 30 minutes today?
What are you doing to take care of you today? COMMENT BELOW! I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Fight For It Friday!
It's the end of the week! We started out stronger, are you finishing stronger today? Fridays in the past have always been my WEAK DAY! Of all the days I missed consistently it was FRIDAYS! I don't know why but it was the one day that my EXCUSES would get to me and I just would not do it. Even during half marathon training when I needed to do 4 runs a week, Friday was the one that I struggled with. I was tired. I just wanted the week to be done and over with. I GET IT! BUT NOT TODAY! Be better today! Get up, get your workout in and be proud of rocking out your week!
What workout did you do today?

The Power of a Mantra
My motto of the day: I am too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful and too determined to be defeated. I have always been overly positive and optimistic to a fault, and I am damned determined, (my dad says that all the time.) Heck I told everyone I was not getting an epidural when I have a baby and no one believed me I didn't, TWICE! These are some of my strongest qualities, they just have to be used in the right way. When I honestly want something there is NOTHING IN THIS WORLD THAT WILL STOP ME! Come hell or high water, pregnant or not. I do what I want to accomplish, (That was my saying to do my 1/2 marathon at 29 weeks pregnant)
Believe in yourself and never, ever give up. If you want to have a healthy lifestyle: DON'T MAKE EXCUSES! Be so positive that you can not doubt yourself. Be so optimistic that you won't be scared of the "what if I fail" and be so damned determined that you will NOT be defeated by silly cravings or lazy afternoons. You are worth more than any excuse. Do you believe that? Do you really believe that? YOU SHOULD because you ARE! So...I challenge you today, REPEAT this motto 10 times throughout the day and see what it does for you on the inside. I dare you to tell me that it doesn't give you a little fire and passion to achieve what you want to achieve. There is strength in your thoughts and words. Use them to drive you and make you AMAZING! I love you guys and I want you to succeed, and I fully believe in strength in numbers and having a cheerleader. I AM YOUR CHEERLEADER! I want you to be happy.

Eat Right And Exercise
This is all it takes to take control of your life back! I have done so many different diets in my life. I tried Jenny Craig, paleo, Atkins food products, and different high protein no carbs style diets, Even forked out the bucks to do HCG, Slimfast, and even when I was a kid I just avoided eating completely. Yeah, I lost weight but I never truly learned to take care of my body of feed it what it really needed. I always gained the weight back plus extra weight and it made me feel worse about myself.
See this picture of me? This is when I was doing 2 hours of cardio a day on the elliptical and was following the slimfast plan. Eating maybe 1200 calories, and burning 1500 a day. I was starving my body. Yeah, I was down to 200 pounds and was "skinny" but I felt sluggish, tired and just not right. I barely ate anything. Two slimfast shakes a day and a "healthy" dinner of chicken and veggies maybe rice. I really don't remember what I ate but I barely ate anything! That was it!
This picture, I actually learned how to eat for my body. Losing weight and feeling great. Not at 200 pounds but I was getting there and I know exactly what to do to get there, healthy this time!
To change your life. You have to change your lifestyle. Dieting is not a healthy lifestyle. You have to learn to eat the right foods, not deprive your body of what it needs. We need carbs, we need fats we need veggies and fruits for our bodies to function properly.
I have finally learned how to eat for my body and how much to eat and I am satisfied. I am losing weight and I am truly learning to take care of me. Inside and out. If you are looking to change your lifestyle to one that you are in control of and not letting some "diet" dictate for you. LET'S CHAT! Next exclusive group begins July 5! and I want you in there if you are ready to learn to eat the foods you love and want to eat and that your family will enjoy.
