Self Love for your Daily Life Goals

Have you ever heard the saying “you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with?”

Our relationships with others and ourselves are the greatest determinant of our happiness. So it makes sense to think of other people as you build your gratitude. Focusing our gratitude on the people for whom we are thankful for rather than circumstances or material items will enhance the benefits we experience. The positive + grateful energy spreads like wildfire. Are you ready to light it?! Here are some more tips to help you focus your positive and grateful energy all around.

1) Take time to declutter your social media. Remove accounts that don't bring you joy when you see their feed. We all have accounts or people we followed just because but they are taking up space in part of your life. Just go through and unfollow whatever you feel doesn't fit in your life as it is right now.

2) Declutter your house. As we prepare to set up festive decorations and such now is the time to just declutter what we can to make space for all the festive things. You'll go into the holiday season feeling more thankful for what you have and less stressed.

3) Take a moment to think about yourself first thing in the morning. Think about how thankful you are for what you have, the courage you have to do the things you want to do, and for how dedicated and strong you are going through your daily life.

February Accountability Group
