Welcome to 2023, friend! If you want to make 2023 different, I have the best resource for you - becoming a part of my virtual fit gym and joining our This Is My Year Bootcamp!

I started prepping early for this, and want to make this bootcamp the best collection of resources, support, and community to help you feel successful from Day 1 this year. NOT through big, scary changes, tons of routine switch-ups, or throwing away all the food currently in your home. This Is My Year Bootcamp is about learning about the benefits of working out, the foods that will fuel your success, and the best daily practices for your mental + physical health in small, daily check-ins. Then you can make the changes you want to make… one step at a time!


My goal this coming month is to take health + wellness back to basics, and give you a place to show up, receive support, and make strides toward the BEST year in 2023!

12 Days Of Fitmas FREE CHALLENGE!

 


🎄Are you ready for some FREE fitness fun this holiday season? 

You’re invited to the 12 Days of Fitmas - a FREE, 12 day challenge to commit to some fitness + fun during what may be the busiest 12 days of your year leading to Christmas. For 12 days ,📅 starting Monday, December 12th, (just 12 days away...see what I did there!) we will be counting down to Christmas by building a fitness circuit, healthier holiday treats, and lots of fun here in this group. Each day I will challenge you to complete a move for one minute- building up to a 12-minute workout by the end of the 12 days! Each day there will also be a daily check-in to keep you accountable for your fitness all season long! The workouts are equipment free - just you, a safe space to move + maybe a towel to wipe off the sweat after you SLEIGH each day of this challenge! 💪💦
From me, you can expect a morning post where you can check in with your #sweatyselfie each day. Along with my check-in post, we will have holiday recipes, tips, motivation, etc.. to keep things festive and fun! You will be expected to check into the group daily - the BEST way to get the most out of the community is to stay engaged!
Let’s highlight the fun, festive feels of this holiday season + keep our health a priority while we do so! Fitness, holiday fun, and Christmas ideas- I hope you feel as excited for the holidays as I am, and even more excited now that you know you’re invited to the Free Fitness event of the season!
