Thanksgiving is just a week away and if you want to avoid gaining too much weight check out these healthy recipe ideas!

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes- by
Ditch the traditional super mashed potatoes, and sneak in a veggie for you and your kids!

Cranberry Sauce- by
Make your own healthy cranberry sauce this year!

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast-
Ditch the whole bird and just cook the turkey breast. We are doing a turkey breast this year since it will be mainly Matt and I enjoying our meal this year.

Pecan and Sweet Potato Pie-
Instead of sugar loaded pecan pie, add a bit of health to it with adding in some sweet potatoes to get healthy carbs in!
