Natural After Thanksgiving Cleanse


Thanksgiving has come and gone. Food has been enjoyed and now, you're sitting here with that bloated sluggish feeling. Imagine how your insides are feeling!?! WARM LEMON WATER!

Yep, it's not secret. Just enjoy at least 1 cup of warm lemon water today to help your body get back to feeling normal sooner.
8 oz filtered water
Juice of 1 lemon

For me, I threw in a 1/4 tsp of raw honey to help my aching throat. Kill two birds with 1 stone!
