This has been my problem area for YEARS! Even before kids, and in high school I always was so concerned about this pooch. How do you get it to go away? Well, eating is one of the biggest factors. You want it gone, clean up your eating. But it also depends on what you have done. Had a baby, you might not be able to get it gone all the way, but you can reduce it.
