NOVEMBER! AH! It is almost November already! I made a promise to myself that I would give myself 4 weeks of leeway to my eating but beginning November 1 it was on like Donkey Kong! Time to get back into my 21 Day Fix Nutrition plan so that I can eat what my body needs to be healthy, feed Elyse the right kinds of food and also to help me lose weight safely. I have learned with past pregnancy recoveries that I have to eat right to lose weight while breastfeeding. I'm not in a hurry to be a specific weight, I just want to feel the best that I can.
