For your workout complete 12 reps each!

- Bent over rows / Bent over rows with step back
- Modified lateral pushups / lateral pushups
- Modified side plank to T with weight / side plank T’s with weight
-Alternating tricep kickbacks / tricep kickbacks
- Single Leg Scissors (small range of motion) / Single leg scissors (full range of motion)
