** 80 Day obsession uses resistance loops. And for me, man, they roll (like in the picture above), but I still get a great workout even when they roll. They key is to use the right resistance level, and gradually work up to more and more resistance.
The key to every move is to squeeze your butt. When you get to a standing position squeeze as tight as you can. And for the moves on your knees, flex your foot while squeezing your butt.
Complete 3 sets of 10 reps. All moves can be done without weights, or resistance bands. I'm using them for the extra resistance and strength training!
